Bra help!!

Hi ya'll! So, i really need your help finding some really good push up bras! I'm not sure if I should go for a slightly padded one or just underwire with lacy cups? Ugh, I want to feel like I own the world when I put them on! any suggestions? Are the Victoria's secret ones any good? I'm a 32C/34B sometimes.
