fibrocystic breast disease?

I have some kinda lump in my right breast that I can only feel when I lift my arm up. it's not visible from the outside. I'm only 15 so I don't think it can be smth serious. I think what I have is called fibrocystic breast disease. I just noticed it like 2-3 days ago and I started my period today. it fits the symptoms of the disease. so it must be it? idk. any ideas or advices? UPDATE: I'm going to get an ultrasound this weekend.  I hope everything goes well

Omg girll, I have the same thing. I’ve told my mom about it, we went to the Er bc she thought I had breast cancer. But they said everything seems to be good it’s fat building up and you need it to be removed!!!!! Don’t be like me and let it grow. But question, when do you feel this ball? Like before your period or all the time?

At 18 I had a benign tumor removed, well two, since one was visible and they offered the option of removing it. If you’re concerned and just did your general well-being, you should tell your parents (whomever you’re comfortable with) and go to a doctor. However, I also learned that it is normal to have some kind of lumps in your breasts and they are nothing to worry about. 
If you still aren’t sure. Wait until your next period or so and check for that lump again. If it’s still there, it’s never a bad idea to get it checked professionally, even to ease your worries
