When did you start taking raspberry leaf tea?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and I don’t want to take it to early, my doctor has no knowledge of natural remedies so she wouldn’t be able to advise. She old school lol.

my birthing centre and midwives recommend starting to drink 4 cups a day of RRLT at 32 weeks yo help strengthen and prepare the uterus for the most optimal labor and delivery. it does not induce labor whatsoever but aids in strengthening the uterus therefore can cause more braxton hicks.

I started drinking it at 28 weeks. I didn’t have any BH Contracts so I kept going.
28-31 weeks = 1 cup a day
32 weeks = 2 cups a day
33 weeks = 3 cups a day
34 weeks - current 39 weeks = 4 cups a day

I started at 36 weeks. It worked really well for me. I had a long labor just because I had to be induced but once I finally got to 8cm within the next half hour I was at 10cm and then I only pushed for an hour. I really think the tea helped with a fast delivery

My OB suggested no. She said you don’t want to drink something that may cause early contractions. I think I’ll try it after 37 weeks.

I wish I knew too. I started drinking the tea at 34 weeks, but only 1 cup a day. There are so many different recommendations on when to start and how much,  I’m not sure what to follow 🤷🏼‍♀️.
