Whats the craziest or dumbest advice or opinion you’ve been told from people that don’t have kids ? Or from people who had kids ages ago.

-My BIL in law and MIL say the funniest things sometimes and sometimes they don’t even think it through before it leaves their mouth. For instance my baby ( 3 weeks at the that time) was very fussy and hubs family was waiting for us in their car to go out to eat. Hubby told them they can just drive ahead and we’ll catch up , that i needed to nurse our son. BIL response was why don’t i nurse our son while my husband drives 🤔, he said this with a straight face. Or the time my MIL wanted our son to wear a beanie, a long sleeve onesie, socks and sweat pants while it was 95 degrees outside 🙄.
