im not sure if this looks off, or what. but do her feet/toes look  off?

I’m a prenatal ultrasound technician. The ultrasound shows different layers of the baby. In this photo the rest of the toes and parts of the foot are in a different plane therefore not in the image. I’m sure they are perfect :)
