How many weeks am I?

My last period was April 12th but I started ovulation testing in May and ovulated on May 18th. I’ve gotten three very strong pregnancy tests. So do I count starting at April 12th? My cycles are about 35-45 days long....it varies. If I did conceive around May 18th would I just be 2 weeks and already had this many positives?

You go by the first day of your period

Yes. Generally you measure pregnancy from the first date of your last period starting. However with an irregular cycle, I would just add 2 weeks to the date you ovulated. You are likely right around 3.5-4 weeks. Your doctor will measure and possibly change your due date at your first ultrasound. I can always feel when I ovulate, so I knew i ovulated 12 days after the start of my last period not 14 days. I measured exactly 2 days ahead l, but they told me they would only change my due date if I was measuring more than a week off.
