Ladies what would you do?!

I’m so unsure of this! Last night I took a pink dye test that came back as what looked like a positive BUT.....my implant was only removed Tuesday and period had stopped on the Sunday before removal! I was messing around last night and did not expect to see a positive (to scared to be excited as thought it was and evap line) however this morning I took another test and it’s a big fat negative! Has this happened to anyone else???? Pic below shows my two test :(:( I’m going on holiday tomorrow where we drink lots and now I I feel like I shouldn’t drink just incase can anyone help settle my mind please??????
