How do can you tell when you’re ovulating? Usually I get like some sort of cramping on me left side but I don’t know

you should use opks.  I use clear blue digital with 20 test sticks.  you can purchase them on Amazon.  I use them after my period ends.  I use them 2x per day until I get a positive ovulation.  when you get a positive ovulation, have sex asap.  I use them when I wake up in the morning and in the evening about 6pmish.
