UTI......help

Ladies help! Today I started oeeibg blood and also feeling the urge to pee...I looked it up and it says UTI and idk what to do. I'm only 16 and I can't tell my mom cause she'll know im probably sexually active. Please give me advice. Idk what to do at this point ...never happened before
