General concerns/worried mama-to-be

Hello All! So when I got pregnant we weren’t trying (and weren’t preventing) and I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks (which we thought was 4 weeks) so I hadn’t been taking prenatal vitamins and was indulging in the occasional adult beverage. The minute I found out, I stopped any bad behaviors and began taking my prenatal vitamins daily. I just got blood work back though that shows my red blood count is on the low end (indicative of iron deficiency and/or anemia) as well as low b12 and folate. I feel absolutely terrified that I have set our baby up for neural tube defects or something else. Anyone have any encouragement? I’m worrying myself sick about all the coulda, shoulda, woulda things. Thanks in advance!
