How old is too old to continue bathing with the opposite sex?

I’m a nanny for a boy (5) and a girl (4). Both of them understand that he has a penis and she has a vagina. They still bathe together.
I’m curious, without sharing my opinion, how old is too old to bathe with an opposite sex sibling in your opinion?

Too old is when one of them begins feeling uncomfortable about it. Until that point kids know they have different bits but that's all.

Until one feels uncomfortable with it.  Sometimes we shower all 3 of our kids at the same time like after the pool. They're 5, 4 and 2, 2 boys 2 girls, it doesn't even phase them. Nudity doesn't have to be sexual.

Every child is probably different but I bathed with my slightly older brother until I was probably in 1st grade? It was fine.
