If you've had an ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Anyone who has had an ectopic pregnancy, what were your symptoms and WHEN did they happen? I'm 5 weeks and 5 days and I have an occasional pain on my left side. My doctor said I don't need to worry because I would have constant pain that was getting worse if it was an ectopic.
