Spotting since 15 weeks of pregnancy

I don’t know if it is normal.. last tuesday we went to hospital because i have spotting but since its not continues and they scan me and the baby is ok they sent me home but everyday since tuesday i have a spotting.. im a little worried.. why is this happening im 16 weeks now..
