No Cycle after 3 months on Mirena

I’ve had my Mirena for about 3 months now . My first cycle came two weeks after I got it , right on time . I had some very light spotting and my next cycle lasted 9 days with heavier (I guess it would be considered average bleeding since my cycle is usually light) bleeding during cycle days 4-6 . Now I’m 5 days late for my cycle this month with no bleeding, spotting or anything besides intense on and off cramping. Anyone have any insight? I was told it was normal for my cycle to stop after a year on the Mirena , but it’s only been three months . I know that no one on here is a doctor and I’m not considered to the point where I feel I need one I just wanted some insight, or someone else’s experiences on the Mirena . I only plan on having it until March 2019 because I want another child next year.
