3 week old only sleeps for 30 mins at a time - help!
Why is this happening? I feel like everyone else’s newborns sleep for at least an hour or two in a row. Mine only goes 30 minutes all day and all night, she will be asleep for 2-3 hours but wakes every half hour and needs to be held before she will go back to sleep and sometimes will only sleep in my arms. Am I the only one??? I’ve read that this can be normal but I’m dying from sleep deprivation 😭😭😭
