For all moms new to pumping read this

This is my second time EPing. My son is 3 months old and I pump 5 times a day and get 60 ounces in average. I take goats rue 3-4 times a day and pump on a consistent schedule, I use Spectra S1 and it’s a great pump. I just stopped pumping in the middle of the night and I also weigh my breast milk on kitchen scale. I have almost 1,500 ounces in the freezer which is 1.5 month supply for my son. Don’t stress over your supply. Relax when you pump and use heat to encourage a let down. If you’re tense you won’t let down and release milk. Keep calm and relax.
