Help with cramps in first trimester?

I'm currently in the very early stages of my first trimester but my cramping is pretty uncomfortable! Is there any medicine or natural way to help with them???

I've read some worrying things on Tylenol, even though it's been said to be the only "safe" pain reliever in pregnancy.

I'm personally treating my cramps with a heating pad either on my lower back or my legs (my cramps tend to radiate in to my legs) the heat is close enough to my abdomen to make a huge difference but still not be direct heat there. I'd be miserable without it!

I have been using heating pads and taking hot baths with Epsom salt and eucalyptus to calm my nerves :)
