Size after c section

Hi ladies,

I’m thinking about buying a nursing gown or robe for the hospital to wear after my c section so nothing is rubbing against my incision. I’m just not sure what size to get. Will my stomach be that much smaller after the baby is out or should I just buy the size i am 38 weeks pregnant? This is my first baby so I’m kind of clueless!
