Do you see a difference?
my workouts have been very inconsistent since like a week ago when I got out of school. I have a lot more time now and have been hitting the gym 5/7 days a week compared to 2-3/7 on a good week. I have also been transitioning to being healthier with more fruits, protein, mostly just things that aren’t full of preservatives and whatnot.

End of May!
I see a difference for sure and am very happy. I cannot wait to see where i’ll be by the end of the summer!
