crying over spilled milk.

Recently, I noticed my supply dropping. So instead of every 3 hours I began pumping every 2 and power pumping in the morning. This morning I was so happy because I had 3 oz on the right and 6 on the left. I was pumping into an avent bottle on the right which fits nice and snug with my avent to medela adapter. I was pumping into the medela bottle (which I'm not fond of on the left). It doesn't fit as snug, and when I went to stand up It hit the floor. ALL 6 OUNCES. I just sat there and cried. it splashed all over my bed, me, and the carpet in the bedroom... days like today I really hate pumping.
