I Have Done ZERO Shopping for the Baby!
Hi all,
For a number of reasons, I haven't done ANY shopping for my little man due in just a month! My husband actually picked up a great second-hand Bugaboo off of Craigslist but that's it. I haven't started today panic. Yet. But I'm getting ready to and before I freak out, I wanted to reach out to the community and ask for the core basics that I Must Have🍼 for when our little one comes home. 👶🏼
Our current plan is to have him sleep in a Moses bed between us on our bed 👪 so I can feed him easily and he can be close. We have a very small apartment and had hoped to renovate before baby got here but our contractor couldn't fit it in before the due date so we deferred it for a time after baby is here. Not ideal, but a fact we need to accept -- this contractor is a friend and aside from being excellent, we get a brother-in-law discount. 😉
Anybody have a quick, down and dirty list of core essentials? Obviously a car seat, but seriously, I have a month left and need to make it count. Here's to the procrastiNation!
