Do you use smell good lotion everyday?

My boyfriend got upset with me because I was carrying regular lotion in my purse (jergens). He said that as a woman I should be wearing smell good "nice" lotion. I have smell good lotion but don't feel like it has to be my primary or only lotion and that it should be a reason for him to get upset. It made me feel like according to him I wasn't taking care of myself like he thinks a woman should. So I'm curious how many of y'all use smell good lotion daily or as your primary lotion.
