funky smell... TMI

so I'm 15 and for as long as I can remember I've always had kind of a weird smell down there and now its getting a bit worse. my discharge is sometimes clear with a weird smell, then sometimes its white and clumpy with an even worse smell. know this is too much info but idk what to do. my mom is no help, and I have no where else to go. I started my period in the 5th grade, so I've had it 5 years and my mom has yet to take me to the doctor. any advice?
