Bloating ??

Okay so I’ve been on birth control (sprintec)  for nearly a month now , and I’ve noticed mood change to where I feel really sad over the smallest things and I start fight with my bf a lot .. and I’ve been feeling really bloated or like heavy .. anyone experiencing the same ?? And how to manage?

Hey so I switched from Mirena to Lo Loestrin Fe, been on the pill for about 3 months now and I too had/have the same issues. I had a serious hormonal crash after removing Mirena and adjusting to the pills hormones. I was extremely moody and snappy. I was so irritated because I couldn’t control it. So I talked to my bf about it. And started taking it one day at a time. If I felt a little off I would tell him ASAP and we’d go from there. Exercising and a clean diet also helped a lot! i think school had a lot to do with it as well. Try to limit your stress. If it’s too bad follow up with your GYN. Hope this helps 😉
