keeping secret

so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 4 months and have done everything but p in v sex. my moms been talking about needing to take me for my “woman checkup” bc i’ve never been but i’m terrified that they’ll be able to tell that he’s fingered me and i don’t want my mom to know that. she knows we’ve kissed but nobody knows how far we’ve gone and we don’t want people to know. will the doctors know if i tell them i’m not sexually active and will my mom find out??
