Don’t know why you’ve been given such sarcastic answers lol.
Start by softening the hair with conditioner/coconut oil, as a general rule try and not get anything inside your vagina and just keep it around the vulva (although it doesn’t matter for most people if coconut oil does get in there so don’t worry too much). 
You’ll also get a cleaner shave if you let the area soak in warm water first so having a bath is good or if you’re in the shower just shave after you’ve washed your body/hair.
Before you use an actual razor trim the hair as short as you can, nail scissors work if you have some of those in your bathroom.
Men’s razors have more blades than women’s generally so get yourself one of those if you don’t have one already.
At first shave in the direction the hair grows, then you can go back and shave sideways/diagonally to target any stubble left behind. 
If you bend your legs/lift a leg up and place your foot on the wall/side of the bath that’d be easier. Although really you could also sit down or crouch and try and do it that way.
If you use a mirror you can obviously see what hairs you need to get, although honestly I just do it by touch.
Shaving your downstairs is one of those things that takes a lot of practice and getting familiar with your own body and all the little nooks and crannies. I’m still not very good at shaving mine but it definitely gets a lil easier each time you do it, especially if you do it regularly.
For some parts you might need both hands to pull your skin taught/out the way so just do what you need to do.
Afterwards I’ve heard it’s good to apply rubbing alcohol/baby oil/tea tree oil to prevent ingrowns but I’m personally pretty lazy and just moisturise the area, you can put on an unscented deodorant too.

I shaved my vagina for many years but recently started waxing and would total recommend. You can work your way there. Make sure you exfoliate with a scrub and loofa afterwards as well.
