What made you both find out the sex?

My husband wants to find out the babies sex but I would love it to be a surprise. My best friend found out & she said it was amazing organising for her little boy coming into the world.

Have you told the rest of the family your news about the sex or kept it a surprise for them?

I wanted to wait but my husband wanted to find out. He saidbhe wouldn't talk about names until we knew the gender. I was pissed because I want to pick the name before birth. After a few weeks I accepted it and now I cannot wait to find out what we are having! I had to switch docs because we moved and this doc does gender a little earlier so I think we may find out this week (18 weeks tomorrow)

I'm a planner and so I wanted to know just to have the room perfect and have cute clothes for the baby! I wanted the nursery to be super boyish or super girly so I had to know! LOL. Do whatever feels right to you. There is no right or wrong way to do it. If you want to be surprised, you go for it!
