Tips for eating healthy?

So as soon as I found out I was pregnant I changed my diet. I tried putting more greens in and also traded all the soda I was having for water. It was going well until my all day sickness hit at 7 weeks. When I’m not sick, the only food that sounds appetizing is bready-food and other stuff that’s high in sugar. (I say as I eat a heath bar.) I’m able to do pretty well with fruit, but I’m at the point that I can’t keep greens down! The more I puke them, the less appealing they get. I started to pack lunches at work, and I force fed myself it, but I swear the only things that sounded good was Arby’s.

I’ve been letting it go as I’m “waiting until I feel better” but I’ve been eating like crap for about 2 weeks now (when I’m able to eat.) any advice to eat healthy in pregnancy?
