Tried for a baby

My husband is in The Marines. It happened that when I went to visit him, I was ovulating. We tried for a baby (again). Bc it’s the only time we really can. I was wondering how you women may have first known you were pregnant before the missed periods. I’m going crazy waiting 🙃
