Paleo or Keto diet?

Has anyone ever tried the paleo or Keto diet?

My aunt did the Paleo diet and within a few months she had lost almost 30 pounds!! It really does wonders to cut starch and all that stuff out of your diet!!!

I’ve done paleo and it really works for me lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks.. and every time I try and loose weight I go on this route

I’m going to try Keto. But I’m finding it difficult to stick to anything while I’m on birth control. BC makes me ravenous. 
The thing I love about the Keto diet is the benefits for your brain and body organs as well. It has helped people with epilepsy, autism, diabetes, cancer, dementia and so many more. I’m looking forward to doing it. Though it will take a bit of getting used to with all of the fat intake.
