Do any of you ladies know sign language?

How did you learn? Is there an app? Was it easy? Was it worth learning?

I found it extremely easy to learn I was shocked how easy it was for me , there are classes you can take and flash cards .

I took it in college. I struggled a lot with grammar (the grammatical structure of ASL is vastly different from English), but I found learning the actual signs to be pretty simple. I feel like I could have a basic conversation (about 2 years after I took the class), but my grammar wouldn’t be perfect and I might need the person I’m talking to to sign a little slow

I took a semester in college, and recently brushed up on it again as I lost most of it from not ever using it, my biggest issue is the grammar, so I do more SEE (sign exact English) than actual ASL

I am currently taking a class through my local college. Took two classes about 5 years ago and lost some of it, so I'd decided to go back and relearn. Now that I'm in it, I remember how much I truly enjoy it and the in person is definitely helpful. I'm honestly thinking I want to keep going with it and get certified as an interpreter.
