Hopefully I get some replies on what they think it could be

Posted a hour ago about my belly going hard and soft it’s still happening now but also when I walk I feel very heavy down need my girly parts and feels like a need a wee but when I go to the toilet nothing there only thing I’m worry about is with my last baby I was 7cm without out getting any contraction only 28 weeks and can I add I keep getting a tingling type pain in my girly parts that is very uncomfortable
