So I go to an acting class and a boy there is SO CUTE. He also likes the same things as I do and we are constantly told we would be cute together and I would totally date him. But about a month or two ago he told me he was dating someone, which I am completely fine with as long as he is happy. Now I don't know if they are still dating, as we are both early teenagers relationships at this age usually are extremely short, especially where we are from, but something is confusing me, I think he is flirting with me.He offers to teach me things, he also says he will only get other social media mainly to talk to me, he also stands up for me. He also gets flustered when we are told we would be cute together (like when we were told we were like a girl’s parents he got really flustered) and he also got frustrated when we told we were like siblings. The most obvious thing was when he was “reading my shirt” although he looked like he was staring at my breasts. I have really bad anxiety so if he did have feelings for me i would hope he would initiate things but I also don’t know if he truly likes me as my friends say he does but I usually only had very toxic relationships with left me with a lot of self esteem problems and fear of not being good enough and getting hurt again, but I really see something in this boy, I really do, and my friends are telling me to flirt back, if what he is doing is actually flirting, then ask him out. Is he actually flirting with me or not, as my friends usually get my hopes up about relationships and boys a-lot, if he does, how should I flirt back without being upfront??
