I guess it would depend on how bad it was but I cant imagine it would affect it much.

My mother found out during delivery that, at some point in her life, she'd broken her tailbone and it had healed at an angle that was preventing me from being delivered vaginally. She was given the options of rebreaking her tailbone (with a 6 month recovery) or having a c-section (with a 6 well recovery). She opted for the scar!

My mom broke hers once and delivered 3 babies vaginally. Then, while pregnant with my youngest brother, she fell down our stairs and broke it again. She was fine to deliver him. I am sure it all depends on the amount of damage and the way it broke etc. Fingers crossed you will have the delivery you want.
