drop in hcg and progesterone at 5 weeks

im 5weeks and 3days and had labs done Tues on Fri (today) i got a call from my dr that both hcg & progesterone have dropped. she said its not ideal as they should be rising...but take an easy...continue on my 200mg progesterone 2ce daily, but increase to 3xs...and we will retest Mon then figure out from there. i asked her if she was more concerned with the hcg drop or my lining and she said the lining. im confused because everything im fknding online it seems the hcg drop is the one to be concerned about.

she actually was supportive and said" grow little nugget grow!!!" im lost...anyone?
