ice cravings!!!
I've been having bad ice cravings for months now and the last time I went to donate blood they told me my iron was low and I know anemia /low iron causes craving like ice . but I have not gotten diagnosed as anemic because I have not told my doctor . but my question is why have my periods gotten heavier since ive been eating ice and why is my iron low ?
