I have 36 day cycles, and started taking 100 mg b-complex vitamins this past month to lengthen my lp. I started spotting on cd 19 (pink), and cd 20 it got to be a medium flow, with some clots. Now today, cd 21, it's basically non-existent. Would you call that af, or just spotting?
