I do consider nausea as a morning sickness so I guess yes to both lol I started having bad nausea at 7 weeks exact and I feel like it could be getting worse. Just 2 days ago I started dry heaving 10-20 mins after waking up in the morning.

I’m 6 weeks today and my nausea started since week 5... thr last couple of days it’s been the worst .. around 7-8 am it’s the worst!
