Anyone workout at burn boot camp so early in pregnancy?

I’m not sure exactly what that is, but you should be able to do your normal routine unless your doctor says otherwise. I’m 6w and still doing CrossFit, I’ll continue unless my doc says otherwise. Once I get bigger and farther along, I’ll obviously have to scale the workouts a bit. There are 2 other girls who are pregnant (16w and 22w) and they are still going strong, just down a little bit on their weights for our lifting portions. ☺️

If you did the boot camp before pregnancy, then you should still be able to continue it. My doctor said whatever exercises I did prior to pregnancy I can still do. I did crossfit my whole entire first pregnancy and planning on doing it this second time too. I’d say continue exercising as it helps with labor and recovery. But ask your doctor 👍🏼

I’m not sure what this is but I’m 6 weeks too and doing CrossFit, weightlifting, and coaching a fitness class. Listen to your body, modify as you need, and educate yourself on what’s best for you once you start to get bigger. With my first daughter, around week 10 I started to have intense pain in my abdominal muscles as they started to stretch. The midwife literally related it to muscle tearing as the core stretched. I immediately modified and worked out until 32 weeks when I was admitted for kidney complications.
