So this morning I threw up about 10 minutes after taking my prenatal. I took it on an empty stomach, which might have been the issue, even though the bottle says it’s fine to take on an empty stomach. Anyway, it’s a very solid pill, it’s compressed whole food based (honest brand), and I didn’t see it in my puke, or any pieces of it, or anything dark green/brown like the color of the pill. So I don’t think I puked it up, but should I take another just in case?
