How do people tell the ramzi theroy from their US pics. this one was done transvaginal at 6w5d. thoughts?

Its hard to know for ramzi as each machine does the imaging differently so might have to flip the image or might not. If the placenta is forming on the left of your uterus it is meant to mean girl and your placenta seems to be forming on the left if the image is not flipped then what you see on the right is whats on the left of your uterus. My guess is girl. Ive circled what i believe to be placenta forming
