My Vegan Weight Loss Journey

I posted about a week ago saying I was going to start an all vegan diet. I started off weighing 267lbs because I gained weight from the depression of one of our twins being stillborn and two miscarriages.

We are trying again for our rainbow baby and I want to be healthier for my pregnancy and so I can feel happier with myself. Well I'm happy to report today made one week since I started and I weighed in this morning at 263! It might just be 4lbs but it's a start. Eating all vegan food has actually been much easier than I thought and I've been going swimming with my husband and son everyday and doing workout videos once we put him to bed. 4lbs down 71 to go. If anyone has any tips for doing a vegan diet or any before and after pics from doing this also I'd love to see them!
