Cramping in early pregnancy

Hey, I found out 2 days ago I was pregnant. I’m about 2 weeks along. Was suppose to start my period yesterday and yesterday and today I had period like cramps on and off throughout the day. This morning there was a tiny bit of brown discharge. Is this normal? I have a doctors appointment in 2 days.
