need some help period 2 weeks early?

hi, so ive been logging with glow for a few months and was meant to be ovulating around today or the previous day but instead ive had terrible cramps and bleeding, I'm supposed to be on bc but this month have slacked and only taken 2 pills, is that enough to cause me to have my period 2 weeks early? any help appreciated
