Hey everyone

So I had my period two weeks ago and it’s normally pretty regular (every 4 weeks give or take a few days) but this morning after having sex last night I got my period

This happens often the morning after sex, especially if I’ve been on top and lasts the length of a normal period

I don’t understand what’s happening

Do I go to the doctor?

Is it normal?

I can’t go on the (combined) pill for family health history reasons

I hate hate hate this, I have all the symptoms of a regular period

Blood

Pain

Mood

Appetite

Anyone have any advice ?
