question.. (update)

so the other day I reconnected with one of my old friends ( friend with benefits). I'm 16 and he's 19. I was really high on weed and xans. I remember telling him that and he told me to come over. I don't remember much after that.. but some of it is coming back slowly. we did have sex and I couldn't stop falling over myself. he wasn't high on anything but when I asked him what happened he said "he doesn't remember." Did he take advantage of me because I wasn't in the right state of mind? or was it okay because I use to sleep with him all the time? this may sound stupid but I'm curious. ____________________________update ____ I'm pregnant.
