Anxiety over 🌈 👶

After a miscarriage with my first pregnancy, I’ve been struggling with anxiety with our new little one. I’ve been trying to think positive thoughts and things feel different this time around, but those bad thoughts creep in often.

So I wrote down a mantra to focus on when I’m feeling anxious. I’ve made it my lock screen to give me easy access.

For anyone else struggling, here it is:

I am okay.

The baby is okay.

What will be, will be.

I can not control what is planned.

Worrying is a waste of energy.
