Loss in appetite? How do I get it back?

Ever since I came back home from college (about a month ago), I just haven’t been interested in food. It was easy to keep track in college because I would eat with my friends, but now that I’m at home the only meal I eat is dinner because all my family will eat together.

During the day I will eat a small breakfast, like a bagel and banana, and then drink iced coffee and eat dinner. I was actually curious to how many calories I had, so I calculated the past three days on MyFitnessPal and it ended up being less than 900 calories each day.

I only weigh 103 lbs and really don’t need to lose anymore. I’ve been kind of depressed lately, so I stay in bed all day, and therefore don’t really eat. I also work so I don’t have time to eat during the day on my working days. And also I’m just not hungry so I forget...

How do I fix this?
