Is he playing me?

So he’s my fuck buddy and he agreed to making plans to hang out like right now over text. But then when i asked “are you home” so i can make sure he’s there and drive over and get some dick, he responded with “I’m hooping Rn.” And “sorry” “maybe tonight”. Like wtf how are gonna agree to make plans then switch up at the last second 🙄 the way he said it made it sound like he was lying or something. But 5 minutes before he was all joking and seemed excited to have me over. Why do you guys think he did this?
