Twin vaginal delivery!

Hi twin mommas out there! I just wanted to share that I'm 9 days post partum and had a vaginal delivery. I spent a lot of time on this forum looking for advice and support on a vaginal twin birth, so I wanted to be that for some of you! I carried my twins to 37+3 and went into labor and delivery because I was having some floaters in my eyes that day and had high blood pressure readings a few days prior. Baby A was head down my whole pregnancy and Baby B was breech up until I got induced that same day and he flipped! I think he hated all the monitors and was trying to squirm away. I didn't think the babies had any room to move at this point, but now I know that they totally can! Birthing Baby A was fairly straightforward, but Baby B was having some issues with his heart rate coming back up after each contraction. After a while of him not moving down the birth canal fast enough, vacuum assistance was used and out he came! I did suffer a 3rd degree tear of how fast Baby B came out anf also lost a liter of blood. I had the best birthing experience that I could have asked for overall.
